Sponsorship Prospectus 2027
The Bloody Cells Ball gives partners a visible role in a premium black-tie night while helping fund blood-cancer care through Westmead Hospital Foundation and the C5A ward community.

Cumulative impact
$0+
raised across three Bloody Cells Balls for Westmead
The first Ball raised $150,000. The 2025 event added $140,799.90. Every chapter has been built around one simple commitment: turn a room of guests and sponsors into practical support for cancer care at Westmead.
Why sponsor
The offer is deliberately two-sided: support a specific hospital community, and give your brand a memorable place in a room that is already engaged with the cause.
This is not a generic gala. The story begins with Pauline Fallance’s treatment and stays anchored to Westmead Hospital Foundation and C5A.
Sponsors appear across stadium screens, media walls, event programs, tables, auction moments, professional photography and post-event content.
The room brings together business owners, corporate leaders, healthcare supporters, families and a loyal community that keeps returning.

The evening
Each part of the night is a place a sponsor can stand, be seen and contribute.
What your support helps fund
Funds are directed through Westmead Hospital Foundation. The Ball keeps its focus on the people, families and clinicians around the C5A cancer-care ward.
Funding is directed through Westmead Hospital Foundation with a focus on the cancer-care community that supported the Fallance family.
The Ball exists for the people moving through treatment, the loved ones beside them, and the hospital teams who hold that experience together.
Sponsor support helps the Foundation continue investing in the practical things that improve care, comfort and capability at Westmead.
Packages
Packages can be shaped through cash sponsorship, guest tables, prize donations, supplier support, or a combination. The strongest packages combine presence in the room with content sponsors can use afterwards.
A visible table package for businesses, families and groups who want to attend together, support the cause and be recognised across the night.
The lead partner position, with the strongest recognition across guest communications, the event environment and the formal program.
Support the auction, raffle or prize moments that turn generosity in the room into direct fundraising for Westmead.
For suppliers and brands who can elevate arrivals, photography, entertainment, drinks, styling, production, screens or guest hospitality.
